We had on 30/11/2103 at our house and the police arrived immediatly after reporting it. We completed our Claim documents and sent them the next week whereafter the Asessor came to our house completing his report. The hold up was that M & F was waiting for the assesor's report and that was the reason why everything was delayed as the assesor promised the report every day. When the report finally arrived after several follow ups from myself we then waited for the agreement of loss which we received Friday 15/11/2013 late the afternoon. On Monday I've signed the document and sent it via email to Andre Erasmus before 8 that morining. He then replied that payment was made and released on the way to my bank account. On Tuesday when I followed up the excuse was that the payment was never released and they will do it immediatly. This morning on Thursday 21/11/2013 when I phoned Andre is out of the office until 25/11/2013 I spoke to a lady who then told me the file was stuck in the system and never released they will do it immediatly. This was my first claim and the slowest bad service I have ever received. A month to solve a claim??? Still waiting for my money
