Slow and nonexistant response

I applied for a home loan with SA Homeloans and supplied all documentation asked - some of it 2 and 3 times because they seemed to have lost it. When the deadline approached, I was unable to get hold of Firoz. He made promises he didn't keep. When I phoned I invariable only got voice mail. He didn't reply to any of my emails. Eventually after approx 6 weeks I lost the property due to their lack of co-operation. I withdrew the application.
Four hours after I had withdrawn my application telephonically with Firoz, they had the cheek to send me an email to say that my application had been declined because I had not sent all the documents proving affordability. They are just covering for themselves, knowing that their work was not up to standard.

I am SO disappointed in SA Homeloans. After initial contact with Neil Puckeri, I was hopeful and positive and well treated, but when Firoz took over everything went wrong.
