I HAVE NOTIFIED CONTRACTORS MYSELF SO THEY CAN ASCERTAIN THE EXTENT OF OUR LEAKING ROOF THAT ABSA IS NOT PREPARED TO FIX AND I WANT TO COMPARE THERE FINDINGS TO THOSE OF ABSA'S REPORT STATING "DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR AND MOULDING YOUR CLAIM WAS DECLINED", AND THE LADY THAT CALLED ME LAST WEEK NEEDS TO GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ETTIQUETTE, I INFORMED HER MY THROAT WAS SORE AND HER RESPONSE TO ME WAS "GOOD NOW YOU WONT BE ABLE TO SHOUT" AS AN ABSA EMPLOYEE/CUSTOMER IM BAFFLED AT THE TREATMENT. PLEASE DONT HAVE SOME SARCASTIC PERSON CALL ME AGAIN AND CONVEY THIS MESSAGE "IRRESPECTIVE OF YOUR HELLO PETER REPORT YOUR CLAIM IS STILL DENIED " BECAUSE THEN I WILL BE SHOUTING AT THAT PERSON.
