STORM DAMAGE TO FIXED PROPERTY

SAH's repairs contractor was unprofessional in not contacting me for job spec after about three months, then they under quoted. I insisted that I get my own contractor whom I can trust. SAH then basically halved my claim, got rude when I insisted that certain items should have been included and that the cost of repairs would in no way cover all the metal sheeting for the buildings. They threatened me in that if I did not take the settlement amount they offered they will close the file without payment!

Seems I do not have a leg to stand on.
