3 months to repair hail and rain damage to propert

In October last year our house was hit by hail which seriously damaged our roof and other fixtures. We logged a claim immediately with Outsurance and they sent out the assessor. We were then assigned a contractor who would come out and fix the damages to the property. It took more than a week for the contractor to arrive to replace many broken tiles on the roof (to prevent further leaking). He promised to return and fix the rest of the damages as soon as he could (broken windows, broken patio roof, ceiling damage etc). It then took another 3 weeks for the contractor to remove the pile of broken tiles from our drive-way. Our pool pipes were damaged as well and after 4 weeks, we made our own repairs. Our patio roof is broken and it is not possible use this entertainment area. We have been waiting ever since for the contractor to return and do the repairs. We cannot use another contractor because the repair prices do not correspond with what Outsurance is willing to pay. It is now 3 months later and we are still waiting for the contractor to arrive to do the roof repairs. All good that Outsurance negotiates a good deal but unfair that we have to wait months for them to do so
