Storm Damage - 3 months later NO REPAIRS DONE

I have received no feedback/response to my email dated 12/12/2013 and again on 14/01/2014 regarding the SOW from your contractor Wellborn Refurbishes cc.
It is 3 months since my house was flooded and nothing has been done to repair it. Your Contractor has not been into the ceiling to check the damage.
