Failure to supply feedback or respond to querie

After damage was caused to one of our buildings by a hail storm we reported the issue to SA Home loans. We also submitted quotations for the repairs to the damage. We were informed by SA Home loans that they do not accept the quotations and that they use there own suppliers for the repairs. Their supplier did respond and repaired the damages as requested. Unfortunately the repairs were not up to standard and the issue with the buildings roof is still a concern to us as after every storm the floors are soaked and it is causing damage to the items in the building. We have made numerous attempt to contact SA home loans to rectify the problem with no joy. The supplier that did the initial repairs did not leave any contact details or garantee for the work that he did and we have not been able to contact him to come and assist with the issues that we are experiencing. We are extremely disappointed with the service from SA Homeloans and would appreciate some action from a person that can make a decision.
