Cannot Call Branch Directly

I think that the current system of calling a call centre is ridiculous. If i want to call my branch i cannot call directly. I get routed through the call centre and then get told they cannot reach the person at my branch and will send them an email so that they can call me back.
This is atrocious service.
I want to be able to call my branch directly not via a call centre.
I am considering moving my business.
