Conflicting information - Call centre and Branch

In January I needed my cheque card replaced due to a faulty card. I asked the card division call centre whether they can deliver my card to the Flora Centre branch as it is close to my place of employment. They confirmed that it can be delivered at that branch. When the card was ready I received a call from the call centre to confirm that I can collect my card. Arriving at the Flora Centre, I was told that they do not receive cheque cards, that my card is at the Westgate branch. I contacted the call centre again, and they confirmed that Westgate is the main branch to Flora Centre, and they would courier the card onto Flora centre. Upon calling Flora centre today, 25/02/2013, I was again told that they do not received cards at all. The call centre again confirmed that my card is still at Westgate, and that it would be couriered to Flora Centre. Why the conflicting information? Why does the call centre not know that Flora centre does not receive cards. Now I have to arrange with the call centre again for the card to be routed to another branch as I will NOT be going to Westgate to collect it. Bad service.
