HOW LONG DOES ONE REMAIN PATIENT???

We have been attempting to reinstate our Access Bond facility for over 6 weeks! On being told we needed to be re-ficad - and duly went into branch - branch told us FICA was up to date - but redid it anyway. Homeloans don't accept it - because it is not stamped by the branch! Resubmitted stamped FICA docs directly on email from branch on 10 April- STILL not sorted out!!
