Bad promises

Ecently am having a financial crisis am making arrangement of payment for past 2 months every month i make sure i payed that money & i wont receive any debit from my account but recently even if i make an arragement of payment they will also go thru my account this month they went there 4 times when i enquire the send me to pillar to post 2 send a company letter 2 a branch i did that and they also said i must stop debtit from my branch bcz they also did that on their side still i did that but they r continuning debit in my cheque account already all the bounce money cost R 460 which its half the money i shoul have deposit for arrangement of payment for my loan. they told me that they canncelled all the debity from my cheque account when i will start receive my salary back i'l deposit my in my capitec account or pay cash but all this are empty promises if i will receive back my salary all the money will be taken by starndard back because of them i wont manage to settle all my debt because of what they are doing they dont thnk for me they are killing me i have lots of responsibility to pay but with what their doing i wont finish to pay them wen they still debiting in my account
