Had an accident 2nd of Feb and first Dial direct did not want to approve my claim after writing my story to hello peter they approve my claim and I stayed without my car for more than two month, finally on Monday the 15th of April I got my car back and I just notice they only fix the side that I had the accident on they want me to claim for the other dent separate I don't get it because for me if you are fixing the car you must fix everything once and when I call claim department they had very bad attitude as if I know that before and IF they have to update you with progress they have no idea of what is happening with your car they will give you incorrect info likely I was dealing direct with panel beater so I had correct information. MY PREMUIM INCREASED FROM R1300 to R2042. because of my claim how can I recommend people after all that bad experience.
When they haunt you to take out the insurance they are on your case every day. And now that they have to deliver on their promises - NOTHING.
I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and will definitely not recommend Dial Direct to anyone - STAY AWAY as far as you can.
