Was in a bumper bash on Saturday 6 April. Reported the claim on Monday morning at 9am. 18h00 the same evening I received a call to confirm my claim has been finalised.
My husband was also in an accident recently but is insured by a well known competitor. It took 3 weeks to get the claim settled and we had to call them if we wanted any feedback on the progress of the claim.
What an amazing company! Please know that I will tell all my friends about the amazing service
