Good day,

I was currently in an accident and I am claiming on behalf of the other party as I am only covered for third party on my insurance, the accident date was the 29th of January, the claim sent through to Outsurance was done on the 11th of Febuary, it is now the 20th of March and the claim was meant to be finalised today by Mr Tsepo Mlangeni but unfortunately for me this man has been out of touch and not in contact the past 2 days, I have phoned at least 5-6 times to remind him to prepare the documents to be finalised, I have found out that he is sick and I have received a call that someone else will be taking over on behalf of Tsepo and that I have outstanding documents that are affecting my claim from being finalised, that Mr Tsepo has not brought to my attention. Not only has he not brought this to my attention but also the fact that if I did not call and confirm that he has received my emails and follow ups that he did not do so.

I am fed up with Outsurance and I definitely will not deal with them and I will pass it on to all my family and friends as well.
