3 weeks to finalise my claim

My husband had an accident on 12 April 2013 noon, I notified insurance, they said they'll call my husband to get the details and register a claim, they did arrange towing but we waited & waited for someone to call and register the claim, it didnt happen, I called the next day, and a guy told me they'll call me later that day, but nothing. On monday 15th I had to call again, and only then did i manage to get the claim registered. It has been an absolutely unpleasant experience since then, from an insurance company that really doesnt care about it's client as it claims. These people never once, called me to let me know how the registration of the claim is going, I've been the one to always call and ask what's happening, The lady that's dealing with this claim is Alicia, and I would call over and over looking for her, they always take down my message, but I've never, not once had a call from her. I'm always the one to call again and again. Friday 3 May after 3 weeks of waiting, she said she'd call me before day end to finalise the claim, she had a bad attitude, guess what? Never heard from her! My car is still sitting somewhere with damages!! I am appauled & disgusted by 1st for women
