No Response!!! and claim not being finalised!

I have submitted an accident claim on the 02/01/2014, they then came back indicating that the car is a write-off & they would have to get all the necessary information from the finance company however non of this information is being conveyed to me or no feedback with progress is being provided, this claim taking ages to be finalised & whenever i call there is no further notes with progress to this claim however im informed additional information is required but never contacted for this, the person involved is never available to speak to & i have sent him (nhlanhla ngwenya) emails on numerous occassions however has not received feedback. When documents is required I am not informed however only when I call them the information is provided, what type of service is this that is being rendered to your customers, I have even given him the option to contact me via email with once again no response. This is becoming annoying to the point that I want management to resolve this & give me feedback and finalise this case ASAP... how long does it really take because i keep on getting conflicting information from agents at the call centre. I want feedback asap
