Outsurance
Outsurance means you are out & not insured!

I had an accident on saturday. Firstly outsurance claims department was not reacheable and had to find means to report my claim online. Monday morning I get a call and they confirm that they will come and fetch my car. I pay this so called insurance company almost a 1000 rand monthly, and have been paying them without failure my first call ever to them and they cannot fix my car. Why have insurance if I am as good as out sured with nothing. Now I have to go and sell my body for my car to be fixed since I cannot R20 175.21 out of my hole! I want all my money that I have paid from day one to be paid back into my account, since according to them and the claim I am making I do not exist so why take my money every month for no assistance!
