I am uterly appaled by the service i am receiving from FFW and considering moving my insurnace policy. I had an accident on the 14/1/2013, reported it and received a claim number. I was than advised to take my car to an assessement centre 2 days later, as they were extremely busy (to be amazement when I got there, 2 days later 1 was the only Customer).

I was told that the report will be sent to the insurance and it was confirmed that after 2 days i will be adviised where to take my vehicle for repairs.

Well it is not almost 2 weeks and according to the manager at FFW i will only get confirmation if they will honour my claim by the 24/1/2013.

Each time I call to get an update, I am told that the consultant busy with the claim will call me. I did not get one call on progress made. I had to follow up daily

My vehicle is and has been in my garage for this entire period.

Not once once in my claim documentation is this mentioned and as a Customer i am totally shocked, My husband is insured through another company and recently had an accident... it took one day for his vehicle to be assessed and sent to the panelbeater for repairfs
