Had an accident 23 December 2012 - submitted claim. Claim was handed to legal department for processing. To date the claim has not been resolved. The other party involved reversed into the side of my car whilst I was stationary. Damage to other vehicle - back right hand side light damaged and my car's vendor covering the right back wheel is badly damaged. Who's at fault here? The other party is disputing this and based on his dispute I was today told it would be better for me to contact the small claims court - Zano was so kind as to offer me their contact details. This is unheard of! I am so infuriated at this moment that I have cancelled my policy with them! FFW you can do something about your feedback to clients as well - if I did not make enquiries and lodged one complaint with your customer service department, I would still be waiting for someone to give me feedback.
