On the 8th of May 2013 a Ms Y. Dheda bumped my vehicle in the back. She admitted that she was responsible for the accident and she would lodge a claim with her insurance, 1st for women, and as she was covered for 3rd party damage my vehicle would be repaired. 1st for women called me during that week to obtain details of how the incident occurred and I was told that my file had been passed on to their third party claims department and was also issued contact numbers and a reference should I need to follow up on my claim. After hearing nothing from the insurance for a week I called and I was told what documents I needed to submit and where to take my car for an assessment. I then submitted the required documents including the quotations they requested. I have heard nothing from 1st for women since then, every time I call them I am told a Ms Keneilwe Adams will contact me as soon as she gets to my file. It has now been 6weeks since the incident occurred and the insurance has called me once during that period. Ms Adams please call me as I am tired of driving a dented car. The service I have received from first for women is atrocious.
