May 2012 another vehicle hit my car that was parked outside my office. There was an eye witness that was kind enough to leave me a note with the car's registration number, description and contact details should I need any more information.

I lodged a claim with all these details, my car was assessed and I was passed over to the legal department. After nearly a year of up and down and calls that lead nowhere, the Legal person handling my claim informed me that it was being moved back to Claims and I'd have to pay the excess and have the car fixed before they can claim it back from the offending party.

Now after another week of calling them numerous times, being put on hold, being cut of, and being told I'd get called back (which did not happen) they told me the claim will not be re-opened because the accident happened more than 6 months ago, and since the original panel beater that got the claim no longer does business with Miway, I cannot have the car fixed there either.

I'm tired of their horrible service!
I'm also still waiting for the call back I logged on their call centre number 2 years ago.
