I was involved in an accident on the 13th of October. The driver of the other car was at fault. He drove into my car when connecting with the road I was travelling on. I got a claim number from his mother (who is the insured) and started the process to have my vehicle repaired by Outsurance. as the third party I had to keep contacting the legal department to get the vehicle scheduled for the assessment by the Outsurance Assessor. When I saw the statement from the oher party (Outsurance client) I notified the assessor that the statement was incorrect. He said "some people can you know". He did the report on the vehicle and I waitied for the go-ahead from Outsurance. After many calls and e-mails to them I got the feedback that they are not going to fix my vehicle as I was at fault. I drove into their client while he was stationary. The damage is on the driver's side back door of my car, unless I was driving sideways there is no way that I could hit the other car and have damage there. When explaining this to the lady at the legal department she just said, "sorry we go on what our client say". She promised that she would relook at the pictures and get back to me. Nothing
