Replacements payment outstanding for 5 months

For some reason unknown to m e Computershares did not had my full names on the dividends cheques they issued. I returned the cheques to them by registered mail on 11 October 2012 as my bank refused to accept them requesting dividends to be paid directly into my bank account. To date I have had no reply to my request or received replacement cheques or payment into my account.
