Computershare will not pay out my dividends

Computershare will no longer post cheques due to, which I understand, but they will not deposit my dividends to my bank account as I only have a joint account, despite the fact that they have been depositing my husbands dividends to this account for several years. I phoned on 8.11.2013, 14.11.2013 and 18.11.2013 each time to be told that someone would phone me, I am still waiting. I asked to be put through to a supervisor on the third call as it was obvious that no-one intended to call. Nicky would not put me through nor would she give me the name and e-mail address of the CEO. She did give me an e-mail address for her supervisor and I sent him an e-mail to which I have had no response. This is not a great deal of money but it is MY money which Computershare are withholding. I have tried to resolve this myself without results so I hope by posting this on Hellopeter I can get some action.
