Poor customer service

I have 71 shares in a specific company which i have owned for a number of years. The official story I get is that they have been sending cheques to my postal address. I have requested that they provide me with a recon of the cheques that were issued, cashed and not cashed. I have sent numberous requests and sent my banking details to have the dividends paid electronically.

My emails have yet to be adequately addressed.

A company that probably earned interest on the proceeds for a number of years. If someone can contact me, i will provide them with the correspondence.
