Change of banking details

My wife was informed to change her details w.r.t her dividend payments as cheques will no longer be issued, probably because of all the dishonest folk in the country. As she only make use of a credit card account and this is apparently not acceptable, it is now expected of her to open a new account just to receive her dividend payment. We then applied to have her dividends paid into my account, submitting all the documents, police stamped papers etc. her approval, ID, my id... already in February 2013.
Now she receives a letter stating that they need her to have signing power on my account and I believe they require an original marriage certificate. The requested certificates certified and stamped by the SAPS was already send.
Is there no light at the end of this tunnel? Can I buy her shares from her and then all is sorted out?
Every time I send an email, I am instructed to send the Computershare number and then nothing happens.
This is probably a couple of hundred Rand per year, yet the effort to make things work is more than someone applying for a home loan worth millions.
Please Computershare, it can not be so difficult.
