Money dissappear out of cheque account

Three cheques where processed from Marinda Troger's business account over this weekend to the value of R15 000 at the Phalaborwa Standard Bank branch. The tellers processed the cheques (R5000, R4900 and R4800) without contacting us or supecting. When I received SMS notification I contacted the bank just to be told that they have the cheques with the correct signatures on. I actually still have the 3 cheques in my cheque book. Many phone calls later and a complaint but the bank refuses to take responsibility telling me that it is my loss. I have brought the to their attention, I notified them of the three cheques being processed within 4 minutes of each other, i immediately phone them and they can still not assist. The cheques were never held under the UV light for verification or missed. How do you entrust your business accounts to a bank with whom i have a long standing relationship of over 20 years still to be at the mercy of whom ever know that our cheques had to be counter signed? Knew the cheque numbers etc? Who has this kind of information and get away with it?
