My dividends not paid out!!

I submitted documents in december to update my personal details with computershare in december 2012. this would enable me to be paid out my dividents. i was told this would happen within 4 weeks of teh company receiving my details. In Feb 2013 i called for follow up and was told the request was never processed. this after 2 months. I spoke to Anele who promised me that she will laod a request for payment and i would wait another 4 weeks for it. It is April 19 today another 2 months and no dividends!!

I am highly disappointed and frustrated. I have done my part and computersahere has failed to deliver it end. this from a company that is entrusted by millions with their investment.

I dont know what to do and i feel so helpless.
