SA Warranties
Efuse to pay for service

Business & Finance

In 2010 september i bought an opel corsa as second hand and november same year i was approached by SA warranties to join their service plan. i joined the plan in February 2011 which stated that they pay for 2yr/45000km which comes first. my policy was activated in May 2011 and i took my car for 1st service on 21/09/2011 (134285km) and Sa warranties paid, i took my car for second service (149683km) and they paid. And last week i took my car for the last service (165000km) and they refused to pay telling me that the car was not covered for the kms and i asked as my service plan said 2yrs/45000km which ever comes first and that was my 3rd service and my policy expires on the 15/05/2013 why cant they pay. they told me the information on their system shows that i joined the plan when the car had 119230km and they paid for 120000km (of which is not true) because i bought my car at 119339km of which when i took the plan the car was at 124163km. I was advised to fax proof that when i purchased my car the Km were 119339km of which i emailed and till today i haven't heard a thing from them and i need to service the car this week. Hello Peter please help!!!
