I bought a car on 110000 km. With the car i opted for a service plan from SA Warranties. Because the car was serviced right before i bought it, my first service claimed from SA Warranties was at 125000 in June 2012. In December 2012 i took the car back at 135000, but was told by SA Warranties that it should only be services again at 140000 (i have 2 witnesses that heard me make this call from the dealer). I actually phoned them again the next day to make 100% sure. Today i took it for the 140000 service, but they decline the service due to KM to high (now they are saying again it should have been taken in at 135000 - which i did, but they told me to come back at 140000. Basie (the call center manager) has a combative attitude and wants me to wait 3 days for them to go though call records. Absolute bull!!! Please sort this out asap as my car is now at the dealer for a service!!! Can't wait 3 days!!! Never will i buy another SA Warranties policy again.
