Locked current account without a valid reason

My account has been somehow locked for me to transact from it, I can deposit money but I am unable to withdraw do an debit or electronic transactions which is very strange to me.

I have been to numerous branches and no one seems competent enough to help me, I know my account was overdrawn for a while and I settled it in Dec already, my last visit to the branch was also still in Dec after I settled the overdrawn amount, I went to the Sandton branch and all they did was make me speak to hundreds of people at the call centre which at the end of the day didn't help me with anything.

I spoke to Vania from a contact centre with no 0861 111 402 and she told me that she needs a 17.4 letter with an NCRDC no. 0044 which she couldn't tell me where I must find that, to me which made no sense because firstly I was not under debt review for my cheque account and besides I have settled it already and I cannot understand why I can deposit money into this account but cannot take it out.

I am a loyal client of Standard Bank and have been for the past 6years and would like to continue banking with you but please can someone resolve this issue for me I still want to use my current account.
