When purchasing a new car I purchased a service plan... some how they have given me a warranty plan which I did not want... to add to this call centre agents do not make concerted effort in finding the error... please help me understand why does the agent tell you that your contract will be on record as it is done telephonically. Why should I go and do all the leg work and you are the ones with all the dates and record keeping. MFC confirms that on their system it reflect as a service plan but yours reflect a warranty plan and yet they get the plans form SA Warranties... so after all the info I sent on email, can someone please come back to me... NOTE!!! that you come back with a solution and not the same answer everyone is giving me. THE SERVICE PLAN WILL ONLY REFLECT IF YOU PUT IT ON YOUR SYSTEM... the same way someone loaded the incorrect plan in the first place... hope I was clear enough.
