Is SA Warranties really all they claim to be

Hi, I never enjoy going down this road but sometimes one just dont have a choice. I took out a mechanical warranty with SA Warranties when I purchased my vehicle. Vehicle is in mint condition and I qualified for the N Plan which is the best one they have. My vehicle broke down on 31 October 2013, they found that it was the gearbox and I will need a new gearbox. Now SA Warranties say they will only cover about R13 000 of the cost which is about 50% of the total costs but my documentation clearly shows that on the N Plan the costs are UNLIMITED. I phoned SA Warranties and spoke to Andre who threw the phone down in my ear when I pointed out that the documentation shows that on a N Plan the cover is unlimited and on a Plan A it is R20 000 and Plan B R6 000. I phone back and spoke to Shawn and asked him to put me through to Andre. IT happened again. Phone was put down again!!! I phoned again and spoke to Shawn again and told him what was going on, he said that Andre did not indicate that he spoke to me and took my number so that Andre can contact me. Until now no one have contacted me. This in unacceptable. How do they get R12 000 if is unlimited? Bad service, bad everything!
