SA Warranties does not live up to their promises

I bought a BMW X5 in May 2012 that was still under its Motor plan. The motor plan was at its end and therefor I extended the vehicles warranty with a "Bumper to Bumper" Warranty plan from SA Warranties. I must say, it looked like I bought a problem vehicle, because it gave me problems from day one. I had it back to the BMW Zambesi Auto dealership almost on a monthly basis. The first claim that I made under the Bumper to Bumper warranty on the 10 of July 2013 was turn down completely. Basie Vivier and Andre Prinsloo from SA Warranties just said that the part was outside the engine and therefor I don't have a claim.
The services manager from BMW disagreed and also told me they pick up another faulty part. When I contacted the same Basie Vivier, he turned down this claim as well because according to him, it was also not inside the engine. Once again the Service Manager tells me the part is in the sump of the vehicle.
It is clear that SA Warranties does not live up to their promises. What a lot of bull. Their Bumper to bumper cover should actualy mean Bumper to Bumper failure to produce.
