Insurance Claim Long Outstanding

I lodged a claim with SBSA Insurance Brokers for a vehicle damaged in an accident on 16 January 2013. I received a SMS thanking me for submitting my claim the same day. I have since them contacted them on several occasions and lodged two complaints on their internet platform the last being on 28 February 2013 to which they replied that a dedicated specialist in the Complaint Resolution Centre has been notified of my email. I contacted the claims department again about two weeks thereafter and the person handling my claim promised that the claim will be finalised shortly. To date they have not had the decency to contact me to keep me informed of developments. The consultant confirmed that they have received all the necessary documents to process the claim. They in fact did not contact me once after I submitted my claim. This is extremely bad service.
