Claim still being finalised

I was involved in a car accident on Sunday 8 Dec 2013, i lodged a claim the following morning 9 Dec 2013 at approx 8:30am with Sherezaan Jina. I was taken to hospital from the accident scene via ambulance, so i was unable to get the details of the driver that collided into my car. I have not been receiving regular status updates, i have had to call to get them. I have spoken to the manager (Nerushar) but the status remains the same. And its almost a month since the claim was lodged. As of today all i know is that my car has been written off, it took 2weeks to get this info. At this point i do not whether my bank has been contacted or anything else. And i will not purchase a car without knowing that everything has been sorted. I received the same sms two weeks in a row telling me that the admin on my claim is being finalised, surely if i receive this twice that is not the case. Both insurance and the bank debited me in December for a car i do not have, how do they explain this!

I am not sure how First For Women does their admin but it has taken very long considering that i also ran around getting information from the police to assist. I am very frustrated at this point!!
