I requested a quote on car insurence on the Website for First For Woman and recieved a call imediately. I am extreamily please with the level of service that I recieved from Johannes and would recomend him to anyone to deal with. He explained everything to my satisfaction and was very polite. He also had patients with me and took the time to explain things that I did not understand. I wouldn't mind if all call centre agents were as polite and patient as he was.
