I contacted Sandra Mashoeshoe on 21 February 2013 to follow up on my outstanding claim. Sibongile took the call and assured me that she would pass the message on to Sandra. Within 10 minutes Sandra contacted me and confirmed receipt of all documents that were e-mailed and promised that the claim would be paid by 28 February 2013. The claim was paid on 25th February 2013 - that is 3 days before the stipulated date. So I'm saying thank you Sandra Mashoeshoe and Sibongile Vundisa for your efficiency and ensuring that my claim gets paid on time.
