Not getting feedback about my claim

I have submitted my Device insurance claim about three weeks ago, through fnb claim email and through Ruan's email address. No one has contacted me about the status of my claim. I am the one whop always calls and i'm told that the claim is registered and someone will call me back, this has been dragging for so long.
