I did my application online on the 26 February 2013 and decided to cancel it the next day. I have phoned Mzansi Money several times but no one seem to help me with my refund. Below are the emails I've sent to them.

Hi,

I would like to cancel my application that I did online yesterday. I received a text message yesterday (26 February 2013) to send through my documents or fax them to 0866192665 which I didn't. There was debit order of R390.00 done this morning (27 February 2013) from my bank account to your company. I would like to please have a refund since on your website it state that there is a 5 day cooling off period.
I spoke to one of your agents by the name of Shaun this afternoon. He said I will get my refund and you will deduct the cancellation fee of R150.00 and I agreed.

Please may I have my refund. I have phoned your office on numereous occassions regarding this matter from February but still no one has got back to me.
