Waiting since 2 February for an online refund

Hi,

I placed an order online on 8 February for a book and paid by credit card. R166 was deducted at that time.
I then had to cancel my order but did so in due course.

Unfortunately no refund has been processed back to me.
I have e-mailed your customer services twice, logged an inquiry on Facebook (to which there was a reply but no further communication has come back to me) and have called you call centre but nobody answers.

I please want my refund processed without any further delay. My order number: 1040245790
