Mzansi Money Billing Complaint

A consultant from Mzansi money contacted me on the 26th February 2013 advising me that they've received my loan application online, the consultant also advised that they have a 2 in 1 application linked to the loan which is the salary protector which is a once off fee of R390, he explained the duration of the protector would be for 12Months and the R390 will only be deducted my next salary date which is the 25th of the follwoing month being March. On the 27th February 2013 i received an sms stating the documents have been sent to their financiers - to date no one has contacted me advising whether the loan was approved or declined, however today being the 28th February 2013 money was deposited into my account and my account was debited with the R390. i contacted the call centre who was very unhelpful, promised to call me back but never did. This company has promised to deliver a service which will in turn be linked to the salary protector. No response from anyone from Mzansi Money. Why would i have a salary protector based on what loan? I've also asked for money to be paid back but was told this cannot be done. To me this is scamming people out of their money.
