I DEMAND A REFUND!!!

I cancelled application for Loan Finders Services (Paralegal Protection fee) of R 350.00 well within my 7 day cooling period.

This was cancelled via email on 20 February 2013 (Application was dated 19 February 2013)

On 25 February 2013 i verbally cancencelled with Alex at 11h10 and i was advised that refunds could only occur on Fridays

Friday, 1 March 2013 came and went and my money was not refunded

I contacted a Customer Care Agent on Monday, 4th March 2013 enquiring where my refund was and i was told that the amount was not reflecting on their system for refund, i was told i was required to write another cancellation email, which i did and i received a SMS (5th March 2013 @ 09h27) stating that my application had been cancelled and i have a refund dyue

I followed up this morning (11 March 2013) and i was told i sent the email to the incorrect address

This is ridiculous, I phoned these people on numerous occasions, emailed them and recevied a confirmation from Loanfinder confirming the Cancellation!!!

I am within my legal right and i did follow procedures!!!

I DEMANAD a refund!!!
