I am 1 of the million South Africans who struggling to pay my accounts. So I did the responsible thing I notified my creditors of my situation. So I have been paying a reduce payment the last few months. Until recently Bruma Financehave been very reasonable because I have been keeping to my arrangement. Someone contacted me and advised that they will reduce my instalment but I should just send them my relevant paperwork, which I did. To my suprise they debited my account 4 times, no one even want to assist me or tell me whats happening. I spoken to so many people, Sabelo, Isabella etc. Mina dont even want ro take my call. I know that i still owe money, but is this the way to treat their clients. I could have easily closed my account and pay them far less than what I am paying now, but I am treated like this now for doing the responsible thing and playing open cards with them.
