In Jan 2011 we had lightning damage and the ceiling in two of our bedrooms had to be replaced by a supplier who was sent by an assessor. Since late last year we only saw small stones and dust on the floor, mostly in the mornings, and on the 15 of Feb we realised that the ceiling is falling apart exactly where it was "replaced" - in both rooms

I phoned Nedbank on the 14 March reporting this issue and on the same day at 16:28pm I got an sms with the claim handler's detail, contact number and the claim number. To date I have had no contact, never mind a phone call.

The service is totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!!
