In Dec'12 during the heavy rains my roof started leaking very badly. I phoned Outsurance as anyone would do as you do pay for insurance EVERY month. They sent someone out and the response was they will fix the damage to my ceiling but will not fix the roof as this is a maintenance issue. I had to explain to them there would be no use fixing the ceiling until I had fixed the roof as the ceiling would just get damaged again, general knowledge one would think. So we agreed that once I fixed the roof they would fix the ceiling. I fixed the roof months ago and now have been on the phone for over a month trying to get someone to help me so that I can get my ceiling fixed. Everytime I phone the person I speak to is so confused on what is going on with this claim. Its not that complicated-really! And everytime I get the same answer, "The assessor will phone you as this claim was rejected" And i must explain yes the roof repairs were rejected but I need to get my ceiling fixed. I have phoned almost everyday in the last 2weeks, And still no one had helped me.sitting in home affairs for a full day is easier then dealing with Outsurance - The worst service I have EVER received
