No service/response from Nedbank Insurance!

I am experience extremely poor service regarding an insurance claim (claim no.: NED 13111707-2) from Nedbank Homeowners Insurance. The claim dates back to 16 January 2013, regarding a geyser replacement and ceiling repair and only the geyser was replaced. The assessor for the ceiling only came out in March to assess and give Nedbank feedback. The claim is currently sitting with Head Office (Stella) and nothing is being done. I cannot even get hold of anyone at the claims dept (Tel 011 710 4245), I was on hold for over 40mins and no answer! I demand an explanation regarding this matter and want it to be resolved aSAP and I will not be liable for any fees as NEDBANK has extensively delayed the matter! If this is way of forcing me to cancel the insurance policy, then say so rather than irritating the client with lack of service but promptly collecting your insurance premiums!
