ABSA Ignores Insurance Claim

Good day,

My house is insured with ABSA. Last year the geyser in my servant's quarters burst and leaked on the ceiling and damaged it. The geyser was replaced by ABSA and dimensions were taken of the damaged ceiling by ABSA. The ceiling has not been fixed up to date. I have made numerous phone calls to ABSA and have sent numerous e-mails to ABSA, but am being ignored by ABSA. The other day I had to go into the servant's quarters and was shocked at the state of the ceiling. Please come and fix the ceiling as it was part of the original claim when the geyser burst. This is not a new claim for which a new additional excess payment has to be made.
