I logged a burst geyser claim in July 2013, it was eventually attended to & settled. On 20.11.13 I logged a call as the bedroom ceiling panels are pulling loose, thinking it was poor workmanship from July. Nedbank sent Andy's Construction out on 2.12.13 and they confirmed it was not poor workmanship but rain damage to all the ceilings in the house. I logged this claim with Nedbank 3.12.13 and today they confirm there is no rain damage claim logged (who did I then speak to...) but they have received photo's from Andy's Construction but no written report. I am frustrated with this call centre as the calls are not answered quickly, you have to explain your claim to 3 or 4 people who promise to call back & do not, even their management. I am only running up my telephone account and stress levels while I wait for my ceiling to collapse.
I am disappointed in the service Nedbank offers.
