Taking out money before the agreed debit order dat

I would just like to warn any wannabe Nedbank client that even if you sign a legal document advising them when you want the debit order to come off your account, they do not care they take out the money when they feel like it. I have a arranged debit order with them for the 25th of every month but as soon as i have money deposited into my account they go in and take it. You contact them and they make promices it will not happy and then it happens the next month too. It is quit amazing that with all the Fica rules and regulations with proving residence you would think there is a higher power that would protect clients from banks like Nedbank.
